We Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi is an autonomous body established and registered organization under the Indian trust act-1882at Delhi with registration no. 3809, this body is currently providing education to school all over India under constitution act Para 19(1) g 29 8 :30. The board is an ISO 9001-2008 certified board. This board is also duly recognized the provision of the UTTAR PRADESH(U.P.) intermediate education Act-1921 to cater education and hold examination of Intermediate and Higher Secondary Examination through its affiliated schools and institutions.

 

Regarding to the UP intermediate Education Act-1921, Page No 491, (29) that the board can conduct Higher Secondary Examination (one year or three year’s Course) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi for 10th and page no. 492,(38) that higher Secondary technical Examination (three year’s Course) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi for 12th .

 

The Government Resolution no. F-115-R, 28, dated July 1, 1929 to F.55-21/61- SE 2(B) dated 27th February, 1962. Government of India and ministry of Education Dept. is saying that “The education institutions recognized by the Delhi Higher Secondary Board shall be deemed as Institutions recognized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) the Board.” Even our board constitution is almost parallel to CBSE board.

 

We have also Regulation published and recognized by Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh under part I, The Intermediate Education Act, 1921 (united provinces act no. II of 1921) in which the board is working since 1919 as a recognized Education Board conducting examinations and educational activities in India. The name of Board of higher Secondary Education- Delhi is prescribed in their regulation calendars from 1919 to 2014 accordingly.

 

The Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi had received letter from Haryana VidhyalayaShiksha Board, Bhiwani letter no. 952 dated 22/09/2008 and collector ofKaithal letter no. 1129 dated 10/06/2008 correspondently, wherein it is clearly stated that Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi is recognized by Haryana VidhyalayaShiksha Board, Bhiwani and collector of Kaithal.

 

Our BHSE Delhi boards name has stayed on number of 11 in the list of recognized board of M.P. stat open school Bhopal.

 

Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal stated that “exams conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi are considered equivalent to the exams conducted by Board of secondary education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal” through letter no. 456 of dated 06/10/2008(Equivalency booklet no. 216, revised up to January 2004).

 

We have permission to use NCERT syllabus through ref no. F.10-258/2015-C&P of dated: - 16th Nov, 2015. We conducted examination of 10th with 6 subjects and 12th with 5 subjects.

 

Council of Boards of School Education in India has given us “No Objection Certificate” through Ref. No. COBSE/C.99/2013, Dated: 08th January, 2013 and Ref. No. COBSE/C.99/2013, Dated: 28th February, 2013 and both Certificates are verified by general secretary, Puran Chand through reference Ref. No. COBSE/C.99/2015, Dated: 23th July, 2015 and Ref. No. COBSE/C.99/2015, Dated: 25th January, 2016 respectively and stated that “COBSE does not have power or authority to establish or recognize a school education board/ institution. It only grants membership to boards/institutions which are set up or recognized by Central/State Government. If the Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi is recognized/ certified by the government of India, then Ministry of Education/Dept. of School Education & literacy, Ministry of HRD, it is not necessary to seek membership of COBSE.”

 

Our board is notified by the gazettes published by the different authority of Government of India, wide the gazette of India, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi, dated: (1) 19th January, 1952 (2) 12th April, 1952 (3) 09th August, 1952. In these gazettes Notifications, Ministry of Defence has clearly mentioned that the Higher Secondary Technical examinations certificate issued by the Board of Higher Secondary Education Delhi are valid for Central Government as well as state Government jobs. And Gazette Notification Published by Ministry of Education New Delhi on 27th February 1962 with the reference no. F.55-21/61-SE 2 (B) the institutions recognized by our board are also recognized by the ministry of education and CBSE.

 

The students who have passed class 10th and 12th from the Board of Higher Secondary Education –Delhi are eligible for admission to various courses conducted under the PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKASH YOJNA wide its reference letter no. affiliation/2017/NSDC/06 of dated: 01-06-2017.We also received letter of authorization for associate partner of PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKASH YOJNA wide its latter no. PMKVY/12/AP/17 of dated: 15-05-2017

 

 

It has been constituted to regulate non formal Primary, Middle, Higher Secondary (10th ), Senior Secondary (12th ) education and other vocational courses ( Under Self Employment Education Scheme) in India . With the help of educational experts to educate un educated boys, girls, men and women to upliftment the literacy in india. So that they can serve society effectively and with dignity . Board may impart education with international techniques.

EXAMINATION

A candidate is declared successful on scoring minimum of 33% marks in each paper.

 

AGE & SEX

There will be no restriction of age ,caste, sex, region,country under open and distance education system of the board. MEDIUM The medium of each education programme will be according to their Regional Language/ State Language/ Country Language. But Question Paper Will be published only in English / Hindi, student can give answer in english/ hindi or his/ her state language. But it should be mentioned earlier in the examination form.

 

RULES & REGULATION

  • Check and satisfy necessary information about education programme / board before admission no responsibility of the institute / board after that.
  • Fees once paid should not be refunded or changed under any rule.
  • Every student abides to and obtains to present rule and regulations and directions of the institute/ board and also those which are to be enforced time to time .
  • Any change of the rules & regulation directions by the exam body shall be acceptable to the student.
  • If any document found bogus the admission and result should be canceled automatically without any notice.
  • If student fails to deposit the fees in the due time the admission should be canceled without any notice and any primary deposit fees should not be refunded.
  • If study material or documents will be lost in the post no responsible of the institute / board.
