Create Student Account

All students seeking admission in BHSE DELHI are hereby informed that submission of the Student Declaration / Undertaking Form is compulsory.

Important Instructions:

All students are required to complete the Online Registration process and create their student account on the official portal before proceeding further.
After successful registration, students must download the Student Declaration / Undertaking Form from their respective dashboard.
The downloaded declaration form must be:
- Clearly printed on A4 size paper
- Filled in with accurate and complete details
- Signed by the student (signature is mandatory)
- Properly dated with place mentioned
The duly signed declaration form must be scanned clearly and uploaded in the student portal under the “Upload Declaration” section.

⚠ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Admission will be considered INCOMPLETE without uploading the signed declaration form.
Failure to upload the signed declaration may result in REJECTION or CANCELLATION.

This notice is issued for strict compliance by all applicants.
